About Us

Victoria Castellano is a freelance producer and media creator with a degree in Documentary + Television Production. Graduating at the height of the pandemic, she utilized her skills through freelance social media management for local businesses around Queens, NY. She specializes in food photography, real estate, sports media, and virtual tours. She’s worked for HBO and Apple TV+ on award-winning shows such as Succession, The Gilded Age and Severance and as a Producer's Assistant and Associate Producer for short films shot around New York. Never halting her freelance work, Victoria co-founded InSearchOf Productions during the WGA and SAG strikes - one of the most trying times in Hollywood history.

Lisa Chin is a freelance cinematographer and photographer from New York. Upon graduating from Hunter College with a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies in 2020, she launched her career working as a production assistant on shows such as HBO’s “Succession,” Amazon Prime’s “Dead Ringers,” and feature films like “Sharper” (Apple TV+) and “Leave the World Behind” (Netflix). In 2022, she joined the International Cinematographer’s Guild as a camera loader and assistant. As one of the founding members of InSearchOf Productions, she is passionate in creating striking images through technical means with detailed camera work and lighting.

Antonio Polito is a freelance video editor who’s passionate about screenwriting, visual effects and his latest hobby, web design. He’s edited videos for companies like ScreenCrush and was a VFX artist for the feature film “Molli and Max in the Future'', which had its premiere at SXSW. As a student, he interned at 1stAveMachine where he learned to understand a client’s needs for a project, whether it be commercials or branded content. Once the industry returned, he got his on-set experience for networks such as HBO and Apple TV+. Together with Victoria and Lisa, he's shot and edited videos for businesses local to their own backyard. He hopes to bring his experiences to InSearchOf Productions.
